Today is my day to used up some of my leftover extra flex points for the week ;) In other words my splurge day!!
Breakfast:
oatmeal, blueberries, soy, breakfast turkey sausage x3-7
Lunch:
cheese, crackers, prosciutto, raw brocolli, cucumber, cherry tom's, dip, strawberries-9
decided not to have the crackers so that's 2 pts less ;)Dinner:
steak, baked fries, brussel sprouts, italian chocolate raspberry ice cream-13-
Decided to go without the fries ;) but i made a half a plateful of brussel sprouts, brocolli, and edamame beans!
Did however love the ice cream!!
