Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 egg whites, 2x turkey sausages,1 tsp olive oil, 1 slice whole wheat toast, spray butter-6.5

Lunch: (before i mixed it up and after)
"Big Salad Bowl" including lettuce, cottage cheese, apple, onion, sundried tomatoes, shredded cheese, garbanzo beans, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, lemon juice, rice viniger
flat bread-6

Dinner at work:(buying at work all but the nuts)
Hearty vegetable soup, 1/2 whole wheat bun, 1 tsp butter, yogurt and berries, nuts-9

Oatmeal pancakes, 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, sf syrup, ham-8

Lunch:
Turkey, cheese, veggies, roasted red pepper dip, peaches-7

Dinner:
Mojo chicken, low carb pita pocket, lettuce, tom, pico de gallo, peach crumble-7(well it wasn't as good as i had hoped, if i do it again i would use pureed tomatoes or tomato sauce because i didn't find the chicken absorbed as much taste as i hoped it would and it was thin) However we loved the pickled carrots that i made this afternoon ;)

Boneless pork chop, 1 tsp olive oil, rice, veggies, applesauce-9
