homemade shrimp noodle soup, pita with fat free refried beans, cheese-6.5

Baked eggplant go here for the recipe, pita to dip :) unfortunately i realize i don't have any pita left so i'm substituting bread, ff plain yogurt, fruit-5

Saturday December 27, 2008 Could it get any better than this??

Breakfast:
protein pancakes with warm blueberry sauce-4.5
1/3c oats
1/4c fibre one cereal
1 tbsp flax seed
Grind them up then add sweetner, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 egg whites, and a splash of soy or mik until it gets to a nice consisitency!
Cook on a sprayed pan :) Enjoy!














Lunch:
1/c fat free refried beans, 1/2c corn, cheese, 1 pt low carb pita made into chips to dip, salsa, baked apple, peanut butter-9
Dinner:
Turkey sausage, veggies, 1 tsp olive oil, 2x homemade weight watcher biscuits-7
