Pumpkin pie french toast with warm blueberry sauce-4 pts

Lunch:
Crack wrap tortilla(tortilla wrap with 1 slice of ff swiss cheese, 2 tbsp hummus grilled), dressing with hot sauce, carrots and green pepper, pear, 2 fig newtons-8 pts

Dinner:
whole wheat bun, lean deli beef, slice of ff swiss cheese, au jus for dipping, carrots, homemade iced espresso made with almond breeze, light whipped topping-8 pts (Forgot to show the carrots but i am taking them)


1/2c almond breeze for tea and omega 3- 1.5 pts
