Breakfast:
Banana french toast
2 slices of bread, 2 egg whites, banana, 1 tbsp flax seed crushed, sf maple syrup, 1 tbsp peanut butter
Lunch:
Pita pizza, veggies, 50g baby carrots, 2 tbsp salsa
Dinner:
2 chicken strips, cranberry sauce, raw veggies, 2 tbsp honey mustard dressing, applesauce
Snacks:
7 crackers, 1 tbsp peanut butter
Omega 3 oil, vit D, calcium, daily vitamin
