Egg muffins made with peppers, spinach, back bacon, onion and cheese














Snack:
almonds, 1 cup soy














Lunch:
chopped veggies salad, lemon pepper, 1 tsp olive oil, chicken














Snack:
Flax seed muffin, sf jam














Dinner at work:
pork tenderloin, veggies, 6 olives














Snack at work:
1 cup of soy with a chai tea bag. Will get this at work.

Green smoothie: kale, peppers, cucumber, lime juice, 1 tsp olive oil, cumin, cayennne, cilantro














Lunch:
Tuna, salad and dressing














Snack:
Chocolate tofu pudding














Dinner:
Not feeling great tonight so i just made an omlette and some back bacon!!

Lunch: Meat roll ups!!
Deli turkey meat, 2 tbsp light cream cheese, veggies, dip














Snack:
Flax seed muffin, sf jam














Dinner:
Turkey burger no bun, salad, dressing, jello made with soy milk

Zucchini, light smoked salmon cream cheese

Cucumber noodles, red, yellow and orange pepper strips,  cod, 1 tbsp dressing














Snack:
Edamame pods, cheese string














Dinner:
Cauliflower gratin, chicken, baked mexican mocha cheesecake, 1 glass of red wine

Protein shake: 1c water, protein, 1/3c cottage cheese, 1 egg white (pasturized), cocoa, coconut flavoring














Lunch:
Salad, dressing, 3 oz cod, 1 tsp olive oil














Snack:
Tofu pudding: silk lite tofu, 2 tbsp peanut butter, cocoa














Dinner at work:
Roasted veggies, 1 tsp olive oil, hummus, chicken, olives














Snack:
1 cup soy

Kippers in hot sauce, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, light blue cheese dressing
