Breakfast:
1/3c oats, banana, 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, 1 tbsp flax seed, 1 tbsp peanut butter(i accidently put walnuts in instead of peanut butter, guess i was not awake :)

Lunch:
Salad, dressing, asiago cheese, craisins, chicken (forgot to take a picture )

Dinner:
Frozen dinner, 1/2c dried fruit

3 egg whites, 2 turkey sausages, 1 slice toast, 1 tsp becel olive oil marg

Lunch:
low carb pita pizza, veggies, orange, rice cakes

Dinner:
rotisserie chicken, stuffing, veggies, cranberries made with no sugar, rhubarb/ mo sugar

1/3c oats, 1 tbsp flax seed, 10 gr walnuts, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips-7 pts

Lunch:
Green monster: 1c soy, 1/4c pineapple, 1/4c mango, 1/2 frozen banana, big handful of baby spinach,1 tbsp flax seed,  1/2 serving of protein powder, raw veggies, lemon poppyseed dressing (light), olives-7 pts I ended up having only the smoothie and it totally filled me up :) Could also be the big bowl of oats i had this morning!

Dinner:
Frozen dinner, 1/2c yogurt, 1/2c mango, 2 tbsp homemade granola-7 pts

This is not quite what i had planned :) Sometimes i just go with the flow!

Breakfast:
1/2c yogurt, 1/2c strawberries, 1 tbsp flax seed, 8 gm pecans, bran budds, 1 tbsp agave nectar-41/2 pts

Was still  hungry after (i guess yogurt isn't enough for me) so i had some egg whites for protein!

Lunch:
1/2 pita, asiago cheese, veggies, light mayo, raw veggies, 1/2c dried fruit (Not, i ended up having this cereal with some soy milk with some dried fruit)

Dinner:
Turkey sausage, 1/2 baked beans, 5 oz potato, 1 tsp olive oil

Lunch:
Green Monster: 1/2c soy, 1/2c water,1/2 serving of protein powder, 1/2c mango, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp flaxseed, veggies and hummus! (I'm taking this along with me to eat between stuffing envelopes and going to my walking group)-7 pts

Dinner:
Sweet and sour chicken thighs, brown rice, veggies, wine-9 pts

Green protein smoothie: 1c soy, banana, 1/4c pineapple, baby spinach, 1/4c mango, protein powder-5 pts This was delicious you don't taste the spinach even though i put a big handful in :)

Grilled cheese with jalapeno peppers, veggies and dip-6 pts

Dinner at work:
Salad, dressing-curried mango, 3 oz chicken, pecans, craisins, asiago cheese, 1/2c dried fruit-10 pts
