1/3c oats, banana, 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, 1 tbsp flax seed, 1 tbsp peanut butter(i accidently put walnuts in instead of peanut butter, guess i was not awake :)

Lunch:
Salad, dressing, asiago cheese, craisins, chicken (forgot to take a picture )
Dinner:
Frozen dinner, 1/2c dried fruit
