Breakfast:
Pumpkin pie french toast with warm blueberry sauce-4 pts

Lunch:
Crack wrap tortilla(tortilla wrap with 1 slice of ff swiss cheese, 2 tbsp hummus grilled), dressing with hot sauce, carrots and green pepper, pear, 2 fig newtons-8 pts

Dinner:
whole wheat bun, lean deli beef, slice of ff swiss cheese, au jus for dipping, carrots, homemade iced espresso made with almond breeze, light whipped topping-8 pts (Forgot to show the carrots but i am taking them)

1/2c almond breeze for tea and omega 3- 1.5 pts

Weight watchers whole wheat bagel, pizza sauce, cheese, veggies, orange, 2 whole wheat fig newtons-7 pts

Dinner:
Salad and dressing, 2 oz pork, 1 tbsp craisins, pear, yogurt, 1 tsp flax-8 pts

This is what the weather was like today :)

Breakfast:
1/c oats, cocoa, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2c almond milk-5.5 pts

Lunch:
Big Salad, lettuce, tom, 2 tbsp dressing, blue cheese or asiago, mango, 1/2 pita made into chips, 5g craisins, 5g walnuts-7 pts(o.k i forgot the cheese!!)

Dinner: Late after my cooking class
whole wheat hot dog bun, corned beef, onion, sauerkraut, mustard, 1/2c raspberries, 3 oz potato-7 pts(another ugh oh, couldn't find the sauerkraut in the store they moved it and i lost the onion on the way home!!)

Glass of wine-4 pts (I definitely needed this)

Breakfast:
3 egg whites scrambled, 15g light cheese, veggies, 1 slice bread, 1/2 tbsp sf jam, 1/2 banana, yogurt-5 pts

Lunch:
Low carb pita, 30g cheese, pizza sauce, veggies, orange, 1/2c carrots-5pts(oops forgot the carrots, oh well if i get hungry later i'll have them)

Dinner: Taken along to a board of directors meeting!
lentils with chicken and 1/2c brown rice, 1/2c mango, 1  almond breeze, 1 tsp flax seed-10 pts I know it looks bland but oh my it tastes awesome!!

Total pts used-20 pts 
(update: at the meeting i did enjoy a salad which i dipped my fork in and it wasn't a big salad, i also had 2 1" pieces of a dessert, the little square samples) I'm not sure of the points but i allowed 2 per dessert and 1/2 pt for the dressing on the salad!!

Lunch:
Roasted broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, cheese, lite hot dogs (had to get some kind of junk food in, however these had 35 cals and .3 fat), and an orange-5 pts I forgot to take a picture until 5 minutes after i'd eaten it all :(

Dinner in a mad rush before ww's:
pork tenderloin, with a warm mango sauce, baked fries with olive oil, green beans, wine-10 pts

Lunch:
1 tortilla, 15g cheese, 2 tbsp hummus, hot sauce, raw veggies, apple-5 pts O.k the picture is missing a few veggies since i was dunking them in hot sauce while waiting for the wrap :)

Dinner:
2 vegetable egg rolls, sweet and sour sauce, stir fried veggies, 1 tsp olive oil, brown rice, braggs-7 pts
