Breakfast:
3 egg white omlette, 2 turkey sausages, green monster smoothie

Lunch:
cauliflower and brussel sprouts, 2 oz leftover steak, 1/4 avocado(oops forgot it), cherry tomato, tortilla chips (homemade)

Dinner at Swiss Chalet:
1/4 chicken white meat, dipping sauce, house salad and light italian dressing, vegetable medley, wine

Breakfast: After the dentist with a frozen mouth
Green monster smoothie: 1c skim milk, 1/4c pineapple, 1/2 frozen banana, flax seed, chia seed, big handful of baby spinach

Lunch:
Loads of raw veggies, hummus, ryvita with a light laughing cow cheese

Dinner:
Hubs cooked an awesome steak, brocolli, cauliflower, tomato, olive oil and a glass of wine

1 slice of bread, turkey bacon, tomato, lettuce, ff mayo, blueberries and strawberries-3.5 pts

Lunch:
Ezekiel tortilla, ff cheese slice x 2, jalapeno's, baby carrots-3 pts

Dinner at meeting:
1/2 piece of chicken cordon bleu, potato, veggies, salad and dressing, 2 glasses of wine-12 (no picture, sorry) But i ended up having 3/4 of the chicken which ended up being chicken kiev, 2 tbsp of spanish rice, brocolli and salad with the dressing on the side and wine!! I'm actually pretty pleased with my choices.
