Lunch:
cauliflower and brussel sprouts, 2 oz leftover steak, 1/4 avocado(oops forgot it), cherry tomato, tortilla chips (homemade)


Dinner at Swiss Chalet:
1/4 chicken white meat, dipping sauce, house salad and light italian dressing, vegetable medley, wine
