Breakfast:
Banana split: 1 banana, yogurt, 1c strawberries, 5 gr walnuts, sugar free chocolate sauce

Lunch:
ezekiel tortilla, cheese, jalapeno's, baby carrots, applesauce

Snack:
puffins, almond breeze

Dinner at work:
Amy's bean and vegetable burrito, 10 cherries, yogurt, chia seeds, 4x righteous cookies (the chia seeds are in a little pill container :)

omega 3 oi, Vitamin D, calcium, daily vitamin

Well the camera is still not great but it will have to do until i get a new one! Today i'm back to work ;(

Breakfast:
1 whole wheat english muffin, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 banana, peach

Lunch:
Roasted brussel sprouts and cauliflower, 1 tsp olive oil, 30 g shredded cheese, 3 smart cookies (mini ones)

Dinner:
Amy's indian dinner, blueberry pomegrante applesauce

Snack:
1/2c grapes, 2x chocolate mocha crunch

3 egg white omlette, salsa inside, 2 chicken bacon, 1 slice whole wheat toast, sugar free jam

Lunch:
1/2 low carb pita made into chips, hummus, veggies, orange

Snack:
Green monster: 1c almond breeze, 1 cup baby spinach, 1/2 banana frozen, 1/4c pineapple, chia seeds, 2 whole wheat fig newtons













Dinner:
chicken breast marinated in fat free dressing, mashed potato, oriental veggies

1/2c oats, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, sf maple syrup

Lunch:
Salad, with lots of veggies, 2 oz chicken, peach, lemon poppyseed dressing, 1c blueberries, yogurt and the rest of the peach

Dinner out:
All you can eat buffet:
Lots of veggies, seafood, small dessert -didn't take a picture and ate a little more than i wanted to but i'm o.k with that. I had fun and got to spend some time with Jen and her boyfriend Martin!!

ezekiel tortilla, 2 oz lean ham, cheese slice, 1 cup cucumber, honey mustard dressing with hot sauce, 2 fig newtons

Dinner:
boneless pork chop, 3.2 oz potato, 1 cup brocolli, 1/2c frozen summer mix veggies, wine

Lunch:
raw veggies, whole wheat english muffin with 2 slices turkey bacon, tomato, cheese slice, and honey mustard and hot sauce for dipping :)

Snack:
3/4c honey nut cheerios, small container fat free yogurt

Dinner at work:
Amy's black bean and vegetable burrito, 20 grapes

I'm back!!!!

Breakfast:
3 egg white omlette, ff cheese slice, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 slices chicken bacon (daughter likes it), 2 slices whole wheat toast, 2 tbsp sugar free apricot jam
-unfortunately i was playing around with my pictures and accidently deleted this one!! Out of practice i guess :)

Lunch:
Salad, with 2 tbsp honey mustard dressing, 1/2 serving marinated tofu, peach, 10 grams walnuts

Dinner at work:
cucumber, snap peas, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, 3oz chicken, 12 almonds, plum

Snack:
yoplait yogurt, 1 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp chia seeds

Breakfast:
Truly wasn't hungry and got up a little late so decided to wait till lunch!

Lunch:
Suzie's egg mcmuffin using a sprouted ezekiel english muffin, turkey bacon, cheese, peach, glass of almond breeze

Dinner:
bbq'd chicken thighs that were boneless and skinless, organic potatoes, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2c yogurt, chia seeds ( I don't have potatoes very often any more but i do enjoy them once in a while)

Look what i found at the grocery store today, free range eggs!! Lately i find i've been eating a lot more organic foods and loving them :)

Breakfast:
Carrot cake protein pancakes:
2 egg whites, 1/3c oats that had been ground up, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/3c grated carrot, spices, 1 tbsp raisins, and a splash of almond breeze to get it a bit thinner

Lunch:
Roasted veggies, 30 grams cheese, 1/2c blueberries

Dinner:
3 oz salmon, 1/2c brown rice, asian veggies

glass of wine, 1 square of dark chocolate

Lunch:
1c almond breeze, 120g banana, 1c spinach, 1 tbsp peanut butter, ice, chia seed

Dinner at work: LAST DAY of 7 days in a row :)
3 oz salmon, cucumber, 1 tsp olive oil, lemon pepper, peach, 1 square dark chocolate

4 egg white omlette, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 slices turkey bacon

Lunch:
Pita chips, hummus, veggies, orange (actually forgot about my orange until i went to post it :) I'll go eat it now!!

Dinner at work:
Can of garlic and hot pepper tuna, 1 tbsp fat free mayo, raw veggies, peach, 12 almonds

After work :)
glass of wine
1 square of dark chocolate

Green monster smoothie :)
1c skim milk, 1c baby spinach, 70g frozen mango, 1/4c pineapple, 85g frozen banana, flax seed, chia seed, 1/4 avocado

Lunch:
Pita pizza (eaten very carefully :), 1/2c blueberries

Dinner at work:
Stirfry veggies with 1 tsp olive oil, 4 oz shrimp, 12 almonds This beats a frozen dinner any day!!
