Breakfast:
blueberry banana protein pancakes: 2 egg whites, 1/2 banana, 1/2c blueberries, 1/2c oats, sf maple syrup
Lunch:
pita made into chips, salsa, peach, raw veggies (i took this to the park to eat today, it was beautiful)
Dinner:
1c whole wheat pasta, pasta sauce, 1/2c clams, 1 tbsp of light parmesean cheese, glass of wine
Snacks:
Rice crackers
peach
cafe au lait made with almond breeze
1/2c blueberrries
omega 3 oil, vitamin D, calcium, daily vitamin
