Breakfast:
blueberry banana protein pancakes: 2 egg whites, 1/2 banana, 1/2c blueberries, 1/2c oats, sf maple syrup

Lunch:
pita made into chips, salsa, peach, raw veggies (i took this to the park to eat today, it was beautiful)

Dinner:
1c whole wheat pasta, pasta sauce, 1/2c clams, 1 tbsp of light parmesean cheese, glass of wine

Snacks:
Rice crackers
peach
cafe au lait made with almond breeze
1/2c blueberrries
omega 3 oil, vitamin D, calcium, daily vitamin

Total cereal, peanut butter chocolate organic cereal, almond breeze, banana
Lunch:
Tortilla, lettuce and tomato, 3 bacon, 1 tbsp mayo, carrots, strawberries-forgot the carrots but i did eat them :)

Dinner at work:
Amy's burrito, blueberries

Snack:
rice cakes, cheese, 1/2c blueberries

Lunch:
Chicken breast with hot sauce, baby carrots, cucumber, salsa, 2 plums

Dinner at work:
2x chipotle tortillas, 30g cheese, cucumber, grated carrot, bbq sauce, peach, preventia bars- sorry i took this to work and not my camera :(

Snack:
veggie snax, 2 tbsp cheese whiz, banana

omega 3 oil, vitamin D, calcium, daily vitamin

leftover chicken with low cal butter chicken indian sauce, brown rice, veggies

Snack:
2 plums, veggie snax, almond breeze for teas

2 egg whites, 1/4c pumpkin, 1/2c raw oats, 1/2 tsp baking powder, splash of milk, 5 gm walnuts, sugar free maple syrup

Lunch:
Ezekiel tortilla, fat free cheese slices, roasted cauliflower and broccoli with green onions, 2 plums, baby carrots, spicy smokey peach salsa

Dinner:
rotisserie chicken, low sodium gravy, broccoli, potato

Snacks:
almond breeze for teas, preventia cookies, glass of wine

organic chocolate/peanut butter cereal, pc brand total cereal, 1 cup almond breeze, 1/2c blueberries

Lunch:
banana, peach, veggie snax, preventia orange zest cookies, buffalo shrimp - I had originally planned a salad but didn't feel like it when lunch came so i made up this plate :)

Dinner:
Smoked turkey sausage, baked beans, potato, onion

Snacks:
Raisin bran flax muffin, 2 plums, almond breeze for teas

I'm back!! Sorry but after the surgery i was just grabbing whatever i felt like eating because i didn't have much of an appetite. However, i'm back to normal now! Kind of :)

Breakfast:
3 egg whites scrambled, 15g cheese, 2 slices ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast, 2 tbsp sugar free jam

Lunch:
Pita pizza, kiwi, 2 plums

Dinner:
chicken breast on a whole wheat bun, baked fries, glass of wine

Snack:
2 mini peppermint patties
