Sorry but i've been sick for the last couple of weeks. I'm not 100% but i'm gradually getting better.
Today was my birthday and friends took me out for a chinese buffet for lunch. I didn't take a picture but it was mainly veggies and seafood and a couple of desserts! No guilt :)
Breakfast:
1/2c oats, 1/4c pumpkin, 10g raisins, 1/2c skim milk

Lunch: chinese buffet
Dinner:
blue menu low fat chicken strips, raw veggies, honey mustard dip and chipotle hot sauce

Snacks:
15g almonds, 30g prunes

omega 3, calcium, vitamin D, daily vitamin
