I'm back!

Sorry but i've been sick for the last couple of weeks. I'm not 100% but i'm gradually getting better.
Today was my birthday and friends took me out for a chinese buffet for lunch. I didn't take a picture but it was mainly veggies and seafood and a couple of desserts! No guilt :)

Breakfast:
1/2c oats, 1/4c pumpkin, 10g raisins, 1/2c skim milk

Lunch: chinese buffet

Dinner:
blue menu low fat chicken strips, raw veggies, honey mustard dip and chipotle hot sauce

Snacks:
15g almonds, 30g prunes

omega 3, calcium, vitamin D, daily vitamin

Breakfast: pumpkin raisin protein pancake with sugar free maple syrup
1/2c oats, 2 egg whites, 1/4c pumpkin, 10g raisins

Lunch:
raw veggies, roasted red pepper hummus, 2 peaches, yogurt, tortilla made into chips, 5 ginger snaps

Dinner:
1c whole wheat pasta, meatballs, sauce, parmesean cheese, glass of wine

Fibre one bar because i only ate 1/2 my lunch since i'm still sick :(

salad, bolthouse honey mustard dressing, 4 shrimp, 15g cheese, 1c strawberries, low fat banana muffin

Dinner at work:
cinnamon raisin bagel, 2 tbsp light cream cheese, 50g baby carrots, pear, 2 dove dark chocolate squares

Snack:
preventia cookies
soy milk for tea

banana, strawberries, yogurt, shreddies honey crushed, dietic chocolate syrup, low fat banana muffin

Lunch:
roasted red pepper hummus, veggies, low carb pita made into chips, 2 dove dark chocolates

Dinner at work:
Healthy choice steamers beef merlot, pear and gingersnaps

Snack:
1/2 serving of peanut butter puffins, yogurt

Pumpkin and fig protein pancakes: 1/2c oats, 1/4c pumpkin, 2 very small figs cut up, 2 egg whites, 1/2 tsp baking powder, splash of milk, spices, sf maple syrup

Lunch:
tortilla made into chips, hummus, raw veggies, ginger snaps, peach, yogurt

Dinner at work:
whole wheat bagel, 2 tbsp light cream cheese, baby carrots, low fat carrot muffin, 5 g of coconut
added to the carrot muffin mix

Snack:
1/2c blueberries, 1/2 portion of peanut butter puffins - sorry no pic's
soy milk for teas

30g peanut butter puffins, 1/2c fibre one cereal, 3/4c skim milk, 1/2 banana, 1/4c blueberries

Lunch:
1c cauliflower, 15g low fat cheese, peach, preventia cookies

Dinner at work:
1 light hot dog on a whole wheat bun, raw veggies and dip, 1c blueberries

Snack:
pumpkin smoothie: 1/2c pumpkin, 1/2c skim milk, flax seed, ice, pumpkin pie spice, i added
protein powder because i was low in iron today!
Low fat carrot muffin with raisins

Dinner:
Leftover macaroni and beef, parmesean cheese (light), peach, preventia cookies, glass of wine
