Breakfast: (can you tell i love breakfast)
2c puffed wheat, 3/4c mini shreddies, 1c almond breeze, 1/2c egg substitute, peach=6 pts

very lean turkey and a portion of cheese=3 pts

Lunch:
4c romaine lettuce, 2 tbsp light caesar dressing, bacon bits, light parmesan cheese=4 pts

banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter=3 pts

At work:
meal replacement drink, 1c raspberries, yogurt=6 1/2 pts
