Breakfast:
1/2c egg substitute, 15g low fat cheese, grapefruit, 2 pieces of back bacon and 2 tbsp ff evap milk for my caramel crunch french press coffee=5 pts
Lunch:
salad, chicken, pomegranate, ginger sweet and hot dressing=3 pt
Dinner:
1c whole wheat pasta, 6 blue menu lean meatballs, 1/2c pasta sauce=8 pts
banana/raspberries/blueberries and a cheese stick=3 pts
Total pts used=19 pts
