Breakfast: chocolate/banana protein pancakes with sf maple syrup
1/2c oats, 2 egg whites, cocoa, baking powder, splash of almond breeze, banana, 1tbsp peanut butter, sf syrup


15g almonds, babybel light


Green Smoothie:
2c baby spinach, 1c almond breeze, kiwi, frozen banana, flax seed, avocado


Dinner at the board meeting:
Veggie lasagna, romaine lettuce with a very small amount of caeser dressing, butter tart

Glass of wine

steel cut oats, 1/2 banana, 15g prunes, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp sf maple syrup


1c almond breeze, kashi pumpkin spice bar


Lunch:
salad, dressing, avocado, brown rice crackers, light laughing cow, 4 mini oranges(look how small they are besides a lime)


brownie muffin (healthy), 2 tbsp kefir


Dinner at work:
1c whole wheat pasta, 1 tsp olive oil, parmesean cheese, broccoli

4 egg whites scrambled with 2 wedges of laughing cow light, 2 turkey sausages, 1/2 ezekiel english muffin, 1 tbsp sf jam


snack:
special K fruit crisps, 15g prunes


Lunch:
low sodium chicken broth, 5 dumplings, veggies, yogurt, 1/4c raspberries, 1/4c blackberries, 1/2tsp honey


Snack:
almonds, cucumber



Dinner at work:
2 whole wheat tortillas, cheese, spinach, avocado, tomatoes, carrots

25g prunes, 15g almonds

Salad, raspberry vinigrette dressing, shrimp, avocado, raspberries


Dinner:
whole wheat bun, lean ham, cheese slice, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, 1c blueberries

3 oz chicken, brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce no sugar, 1 tsp olive oil marg, low sodium gravy
