Breakfast:
1/2c egg substitute, 20g cheese, slice ezekiel sprouted bread, 1 tbsp apple butter, 1c orange juice

Snack:
1c of celery, radishes and tomatoes, fat free sour cream with onion soup mix low sodium

Lunch:
3c lettuce, 2 oz chicken breast, sweet and spicy chili dressing, 15g cheese, tomatoes, guiltless gourmet chili lime chips


Dinner at work:
frozen dinner, pear, weight watchers lemon cake(we won't mention that the "cake" was maybe one bite)

Breakfast:
1/2c oats, 15g goji berries, banana, 1tbsp coconut butter

2 prunes, 1/2c almond breeze for teas

Lunch:
Raw veggies, cheese, suzie's crackers, mango

Dinner:
Hamburger on a whole wheat bun, with a few veggies, roasted broccoli, glass of wine

Breakfast:
waffle sandwich: 2 natures path maple waffles, 1 tbsp crofters jam, 1 tbsp sunflower seed butter, banana, 2 prunes, 1/2c almond breeze for teas

Lunch:
1c broccoli, mushrooms, onion, 1 tsp olive oil, feta cheese, apple warmed up with a tbsp of coconut bliss

Dinner at work:
12 grain tortilla, baba ganouj, spinach, tomato, hot peppers, pear, granola bar

oat pancakes, 1/2c oats, flax seed, baking powder, cocoa nibs, banana, sugar free syrup

2 prunes, 1/2c almond breeze for teas

Lunch:
Strawberry ice cream (actually frozen strawberries and yogurt), 12 grain tortilla, veggies, cheese

Dinner at work:
raw veggies, baba ganouj, suzi's crackers, blackberries and raspberries

Lunch:
Pita pizza, figs and blackberries

Dinner:
leftover steak, raw veggies, yogurt, pear, Natures path granola bar

Lunch:
shrimp, raw veggies, baba ganoosh, banana, nut butter

Dinner:
12 grain tortilla, roast veggies, 1 tsp olive oil, 30g cheese, orange

Lunch: (wasn't feeling very good)
Green monster smoothie, veggies

Dinner:
steak, low fat fries, glazed carrots

Lunch:
raw veggies, small bun, cheese, 1c berries




Dinner:
chicken breast, 1/2c brown rice, veggies, berry sauce

2 slices of ezekiel bread, 1/2c ricotta cheese sweetened and cinnamon added, banana, 1/2tbsp honey

2 prunes, 1 tbsp cocao bliss, 1/2c almond breeze for teas

Lunch:
shrimp, crackers, raw veggies

Dinner:
whole wheat hamburger bun, angus burger, low fat fries, 2 tbsp low carb ketchup, tom/onion etc, glass of much appreciated wine!
