Fibre first, mini shredded wheat, 1c almond breeze, 1tbsp flaxseed, banana, 1/2c blueberries

Lunch:
12 grain tortilla, laughing cow, veggies, 3 apricots

Snack:
1/2c sugar free fat free pudding, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

Dinner:
3c romaine lettuce, veggies, bbq'd chicken breast, honey mustard dressing, 1c raspberries, yogurt, 1/8c granola, 2x 67 calorie beers

1/2c egg substitute scrambled, 2 turkey sausages, 2 slices bread, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp jam, 3 apricots

Snack:
carrot muffin

Lunch:
sliced tomato, light havarti cheese, basil, 1 tsp olive oil, fresh cracked peppercorns, extra lean ham with raw veggies, 100g mango

Dinner:
Frozen dinner

Oats, espresso, cocoa, cocao nibs, 10g coconut, 1tbsp peanut butter

Snack:
Carrot muffin, 1 tbsp crofters jam, cranberry juice

Lunch:
raw veggies, light havarti cheese, orange

Dinner:
1 cup whole wheat pasta, 90g shrimp, 1tsp olive oil, 15g light parmesan cheese, 1/2c raspberries, 1/2c blueberries

Snack:
Jello, frozen smoothie

Lunch:
Raw veggies, light havarti cheese, pear

Dinner:
3oz leftover steak, salad, dressing, yogurt, 1c strawberries, granola

Breakfast:
Lemon cranberry oat pancakes: 1/2c oats, 1/4c egg substitute, 1/4c almond breeze, 1 tbsp chia seeds, lemon extract, frozen cranberries,  sugar free syrup

Lunch:
2 slider sandwich thins(very small), 2 slices turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato, ff mayo, raw veggies, 2 light laughing cow-in the bowl i have some cucumber noodles, 1 tsp of ginger dressing and some cilantro :)

Dinner: at a board of directors meeting???

1/2c fibre first, 2/3c shredded mini wheats (not frosted), 1/4c raspberries, 1/4c blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1tbsp flax seed, 1c almond breeze

Snack:
yogurt, cranberry juice

Lunch:
raw veggies, 2 laughing cow light, apple, ham

Dinner:
3oz steak, 1c brussels sprouts shredded with onion and garlic, 1tsp olive oil,  3oz potato, 1 glass of wine
May not look fancy but it tasted oh so good :)

Frozen dinner, salad and dressing

grapes, banana
