Breakfast:
wholewheat blueberries waffles with sugar free syrup-7points

Lunch:
huge caesar salad, 1c reduced sugar orange juice, 1/2 meal replacement bar- 6 points

Dinner:
homemade beef barley soup, 2 slices of bread, tomato and onion, ff mayo, cheese slice, peach-7 points

Breakfast:
1/2c egg substitute, 2 slices turkey bacon, veggies, light laughing cow, sliced of sprouted bread, 1 tbsp sf jam-5 points

Lunch:
raw veggies, 1c melon, 1c almond breeze, 1 serving chococlate/peanut butter protein, 10g maca-5 points

Dinner:
Trout, 2 corn on the cob, sliced tomato and red onion, 1 tbsp dressing, 2x67 calorie beers-10 points (I have to tell you that this was one of the tastiest meals, both the hubs and i loved the rainbow trout)

At work:
meal replacement bar because i get my break in the middle of the morning which is just weird for me to eat lunch :)-5 points

Dinner at home :)
3 oz steak, huge caesar salad made with light dressing, light parmasan cheese and bacon crumbles, glass of red wine-10 1/2 points

Lunch:
veggies, lifestyle turkey, laughing cow, beet horseradish, 2 ww tortillas, 1c fresh pineapple-6 points

At work:
protein drink, peach- 6 points

Lunch:

Dinner:
2 pieces of salmon, green giant broccoli and cauliflower in cheese sauce, brussels sprouts in butter sauce, rhubarb-7 pts

Lunch:
protein smoothie: chocolate/peanut butter whey protein, almond breeze, baby spinach (looked like a swamp but tasted like a reese's peanut butter cup)
frozen yogurt smoothie, plum

Dinner:
pulled chicken manwich on a ww bun, big cesear salad with light dressing, light parmesean cheese, and bacon crumbles

Sorry i've been gone a while but i had some personal issues come up, but i'm back now.

Breakfast:
1/2c egg beaters, 2 turkey sausages, slice of hemptation bread, 1 tbsp sugar free jam

Lunch:
Protein smoothie made with peanut butter chocolate whey powder, raw veggies, 2 peaches, 30g cheese

Dinner:
3 oz steak tails, cesear salad made with 4 cups of romaine lettuce, 1.5tbsp  light salad dressing and light parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp bacon crumbles, glass of wine (yellow tail merlot)-I tried fat free cesear dressing and it turned me off of cesear salad which is one of my favorites, however the light dressing is really good.

pork tenderloin, 1c carrots, grilled pineapple, roasted cauliflower, glass of wine :)
