Breakfast:
1/2c egg substitute, 15g low fat cheese, grapefruit, 2 pieces of back bacon and 2 tbsp ff evap milk for my caramel crunch french press coffee=5 pts

Lunch:
salad, chicken, pomegranate, ginger sweet and hot dressing=3 pt

Dinner:
1c whole wheat pasta, 6 blue menu lean meatballs, 1/2c pasta sauce=8 pts

banana/raspberries/blueberries and a cheese stick=3 pts

Total pts used=19 pts

On the go:
raw veggies, 2 light babybel cheese, apple, pb2 mixed with cocoa and a little sweetener, 15g natural almonds tossed in cocoa :) 6.5 pts

Dinner:
chicken, green beans, mixed veggies, cranberry sauce no sugar(not! i forgot to make it), glass of wine=7pts

2 tbsp ff evaporated milk for my elmer fudge french press coffee = .5 pts

1/2c egg substitute, orange juice, laughing cow light, cherry tomatoes, ezekiel bread, sf jam, raspberries and blueberries=5.5 pts

Dinner:
1c almond breeze, chocolate/peanut butter protein, chicken noodle soup, 2 kiwis=7.5 pts buying soup at work so no photo
