Breakfast:
chocolate/banana/cocoa nib scottish oats with an egg white

Lunch:
whole wheat bread, ff cheese slice, tomato, veggies, 2 clementines

At work:
protein meal replacement, berries, chicken noodle soup, soup roll(chicken soup and roll I'll get at work)

After work:
light beer :)
