Breakfast:
1/2c egg substitute, cheese stick, whole wheat flat roll, 1T sugar free jam

Lunch:
2 mini pumpkin cornbread muffins, 2 light laughing cow cheese, soup (found out I didn't have any cheese left so I put hummus and hot peppers on the corn muffins)

Dinner:
Annies macaroni and cheese, 1c broccoli, 1/2c mushrooms, parmesan cheese,1 turkey sausage, 1 glass of wine
