1c almond breeze, 10g whey protein, 1/2c blueberries, 54g mini wheats

3 cups of water

At the mall:
1c carrot juice, protein meal replacement

3 cups of water

Dinner:
smoked turkey sausage, baked beans and potato wedges

3 cups of water
coors light
