Breakfast:
Cottage whizzed in my bullet with a peach some raspberries and some chia seeds. On the side some egg substitute with Mrs. dash southwest chipotle and low carb ketchup. (ketchup went on after the picture)
Lunch:
Tomatoes, cheese, pickled green beans, banana and warm peanut butter
At work:
zico coconut water, protein drink, 1/2 cheddar cheese bagel and natural almonds (bagel I'll get at work)
