Breakfast:
3 egg muffins/quiches made with egg substitute, Canadian bacon, onion and cheese, on the side cherries
Lunch before I went to the mall so I wouldn't be hungry in the food court:
tomatoes, light cheese, Guiltless Gourmet chili lime tortilla chips, blueberries, Bolthouse Green Goddess fruit smoothie which tasted fantastic :)
Dinner:
3oz beef tenderloin, carrots, green beans, 1 tsp becel olive oil marg, 2 coors light
