Breakfast: Raspberry lemon protein pancake with sf syrup

Lunch: green smoothie made with almond breeze, banana, spinach, chia seeds and flax seeds and matcha with a Tbsp of peanut butter on the side :)

At work I had some chicken noodle soup and a soup roll and an apple larabar
No picture of the soup because I wanted to put this post up before I went to work :)
