Breakfast: 5 points
mini egg cheese and onion quiches, grapefruit, coffee with light 1/2 and 1/2

3 cups of water

Lunch: 6 points
coconut water, skinny stix, grapes, tortilla, light cream cheese, veggies

3 cups of water

Dinner: 12 points
smoked turkey sausage, sweet potato fries, baked beans in tomato sauce, banana soft serve (made with only bananas) with home made mango butter on top :)

3 cups of water

Snack: 6 points
peach muffin, Starbucks via caramel with a cup of almond breeze
