Breakfast:
Egg muffins/quiches with broccoli and onion and cheese, grapefruit and 2 mini peanut butter and jam muffins. Definitely a coffee on the side :)

1 tbsp cocoa
sweetener
slivered almonds
leftover carrot raisin salad
I know it looks like sludge but trust me it tasted really good :)
