Breakfast:
whole wheat english muffin with home made pumpkin butter, mango smoothie, cup of coffee
Mango smoothie:
1c coconut water (could use milk, soy, almond breeze or pineapple juice)
1c mango (I used frozen)
1/2 banana
sweetener of your choice
3 cups of water
Lunch:
veggies, skinny sticks, raspberry smoothie
3 cups of water
At work:
chocolate protein drink, home made pumpkin muffin
3 cups of water
