peach protein smoothie, skinny stix-10 points

Dinner:
bbq'd beef tenderloin, mashed pot's, green beans, carrots, 1 tsp margarine (I forgot to put some roasted tomato on my plate so I did it after I took the picture)-8 points
3 cups of water
1 glass of white wine-7 points
Total 29 points
