banana bread/pudding, 1 Tbsp coconut butter, peach 2Tbsp light 1/2 and 1/2

1c almond breeze, spinach, 1/2 banana, cherries and baked cheese snacks

Dinner: 14 points
chilli, french bread, salad asian red pepper dressing and a glass of wine
