3 cups of water

Breakfast:
Protein waffle:
3T soft whole wheat flour
3T soy protein powder
1/8c egg substitute
enough almond breeze to get the right consistency maybe 1/8c??
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp of sugar (helps it to brown)
1 tsp of oil (helps it to not stick)
pumpkin pie spice
With a banana and sugar free maple syrup and of course a coffee on the side

3 cups of water

At work:
1 cup of carrot juice (took it in a water bottle)
Tim Hortons raisin bagel no butter (No picture)

3 cups of water

Dinner:
3oz tenderloin steak lovingly cooked by Ralph
1c roast broccoli
1c green beans
1 tsp olive oil
sprinkle of nutritional yeast
mmmmm sauce

3 cups of water
I glass of wine

Wow this all looks so good! I am going to have to try that waffle once I am done with medifast!

I'm sooooo behind on the posts...This looks so good. I will try them Sunday on the Hubby. Brown sugar, never would have guessed...
