Breakfast:
Peach protein pancake, sugar free syrup, 1Tbsp light 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee

3 cups of water

Lunch:
carrot juice, lettuce, 30g light cheddar, Mmmmm sauce, 10g slivered almonds, 1c cherries

3 cups of water

At work:
Protein meal replacement, apple, 1/2oz natural almonds

3 cups of water
