Baked oatmeal with a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup, peach and 1Tbsp light 1/2 and 1/2 for my coffee

boneless/skinless chicken thighs in bbq sauce, mashed potato with herb and garlic, green beans with fried onions

Snack: 9 points
smart popcorn
glass of wine
