Breakfast: 6 points
2 healthy pumpkin oatmeal bars, 2 Tbsp light 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee

3 cups of water
Lunch: 9 points
Salad, Asian red pepper dressing, light cheddar cheese, leftover beef tenderloin, chocolate fish and peanut butter

3 cups of water
Dinner: 13 points
2 eggs, 1/2c baked beans, smoked turkey sausage, baked fries, low sugar ketchup

You are a strong lady, I know once I started those Goldfish would be ALL gone!!!!
