Breakfast:
mango coconut cream smoothie, 2 mini peanut butter and jam muffins (forgot to add protein)

1 1/4c coconut water
1c frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana
3 cups of water
Lunch: took my own to the mall :)
salad, cherry tomatoes, mmmm sauce, 30g light cheddar cheese, coconut water

Dinner:
1 bud light
I was called into work so instead I ate a luna bar, protein shake and a tomato asiago parmesan bagel at work!
