Lunch:
Pumpkin smoothie: canned pumpkin, coconut water, whey protein, pumpkin pie spice, molasses and ice cubes. Tomato/onion/cucumber salad!
Dinner:
6" subway cold cut sub with fat free sweet onion sauce
