raw veggies, fruit, beef and broccoli and chow mein (no dessert which is HUGE for me)

3 oz bluefish, 14g coconut flour, garam masala, 1 tsp coconut oil, sweet potato fries, green beans and butter
Snack: 7 points
glass of wine :)
